"Rules" for Resell Rights of the ebook,
"Immediate Money Immediately"

Reseller license agreement for the rights to resell by "purchaser" a product authorized by Guaranteed Response Marketing, LLC and Overnight Marketing, the "authors."

The agreement for the product, "Immediate Money Immediately," shall include the following provisions which bind both the authors and the purchaser.

This legal agreement and enforceable contract between the parties allows the "purchaser" certain limited access and privileges to disseminate this information to the public known as "digital reprint rights."

Under the provisions of this agreement between the "authors" and the "purchaser," the "purchaser" will secure the right to sell "digital reprints" of the "author's" product, i.e. an ebook entitled "Immediate Money Immediately" along with specific "bonuses" which will be described later in this agreement.

The "purchaser" will get a limited license and cannot claim an exclusive right to sell this ebook, nor can he/she transfer this limited right to any other person or company.

The concept of "digital reprint rights" means that the "authors" retain the "digital rights of creation and copyright." The "purchaser" can only sell unaltered copies allowed by his/her "resell rights package" and agreement.

The "authors" will also include the right to use a specifically modified sales letter from their exclusive website for "Immediate Money Immediately."

The content of the ebook, plus its bonuses, may only be sold by the "purchaser" in a digital reprint format and not in a physical or hard copy format of any kind including the bonuses with "Immediate Money Immediately." This restriction applies to CD-Rom or other tangible media. Also, the bonuses in "Immediate Money Immediately" must remain as a package and cannot be separated and / or sold individually for any reason.

By following the conditions and instructions in the sales letter for purchase of a "resell rights" license, the "purchaser" will adhere to and agree to follow these contractual requirements and understandings:

1. For the fee listed above, "$99 US Dollars," the "purchaser" receives a one-time only, resell license, which cannot be refunded and will not apply to any other product of the "authors."

2. A breach by the "purchaser" of any provision of this agreement will result in the revocation of "resell rights" and with no return of the "resell license" fee.

The "purchaser" further agrees to abide by the following requirements for "resell rights" to "Immediate Money Immediately":

a. All of the "authors'" copyright notices for their book and its bonuses shall remain intact with no modifications in any way.

b. The downloaded copies of "Immediate Money Immediately" sold by the purchaser will retain the exact composition by the authors with no changes whatsoever.

c. The "purchaser" gains only a "resell rights" license with no claims either in a written or a verbal format to the "authors'" copyright, authorship, and intellectual properties contained in the book and the appended bonuses.

d. The "purchaser" may not sell or effect a sale of "Immediate Money Immediately" through any online service such as eBay, Amazon Auctions or similar service.

e. "Reprint rights," license and title of the "Master Reprint Rights" remain the exclusive property of the authors. "Purchaser" may not offer or attempt to offer "Master Reprint Rights" to "Immediate Money Immediately" to any party under any circumstances.

f. Any activity by the "purchaser" to distribute "Immediate Money Immediately" without cost to individuals must do so as follows:

1. It must act as a bonus in any offer to customers

2. It must plainly show its normal retail price

3. The offer including "Immediate Money Immediately" and its bonuses must at least equal the normal retail price charged by the "authors" to individual buyers without resell rights.

g. "Purchaser" may not include this ebook in any membership site nor make it available to the members of any site without charge as outlined above.

h. The website, processing of payments, payment of your affiliates, credit card processing fees and any other fees associated with the sale of the ebook are "purchaser's" responsibility.

i. The "authors" make no warranty as to the amount of earnings the "purchaser" can expect.

j. This "resell license" does not include any webmastering, support, or other services for the "purchaser."
